Hole 3 Hazel
White 367 yds Par 4 Stroke Index 6
Yellow 362 yds
Red 310 yds Par 4 Stroke Index 3
The length of this hole belies its difficulty, where the drive is all important. A dog leg left, the drive is downhill, over the tree in the middle of the fairway to the corner of the dogleg.
The tiger line is over the large tree in the hedge, but beware the rough on the inside of the dogleg, as this hides many a lost ball.
The second shot is generally from a downhill lie, across the small valley and to a green situated above. The green is protected by bunkers in front, and banks behind.
The green itself is wide, but with some vicious slopes to take the ball away from its intended destination.
