The Club Sections form the backbone of the Coed-Y-Mwstwr Golf Club. All sections are extremely strong and highly competitive but thoroughly enjoy their golf. Click on a section to see if it's for you, theres no better way to become fully encapsulated within the Club than joining one of the sections.
Over 55: then come along and join the seniors on a Tuesday between 8 and 10. Visitors are welcome to join in (green fee applicable)
Wayfarers Section
The Wayfarers Golf Section meet every Friday night, (some throughout the Winter) the First Tee is reserved from 1700 to 1730, the Season starts on the 4th April with the first Members 100 Club followed with a series of friendly Matches against the Grove and Maesteg Golf Clubs.
Halletts Section
The Halletts Section is open to any male member of Coed-y-Mwstwr Golf Club aged 18 or over, with a playing handicap of 28 down to 17.5. They meet every Wednesday from the end of March to the end of August, the First Tee is booked from 1700 to 1730. There is a 12 hole Stableford competition every Wednesday over this period with a sleeve of balls as the prize. This is open to any non-Hallett paying the £1 entry fee.
County Section
The County Section is probably the most competitive section of the club and is able to feild two strong sides, a first and second team that plays in the Glamorgan County Golf Union Leagues.

Ladies Team
Every Thursday morning at 9.30 the Ladies Section at Coed-y-Mwstwr Golf Club meet up for their weekly knock. This section is small... but beautifully formed..BUT LADIES WE NEED YOU!!!!
Seniors Team
Visiting? Fancy a change? Come along on Tuesday mornings and join the clubs largest section for a knock. You will be made more than welcome. Any time between 8 and 10 am-come and see what your missing. Fed up of playing on a bog-play here!!!
